Eastdale Acres is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, neighbors who give their time to keep our lake community welcoming and well cared for, supported by our committees and clubs.

It is important that our community members engage with the Board regarding matters of concern or importance. Email your questions or concerns to [email protected], or reach an officer directly by role below.
Seven volunteer neighbors guide the association: four officers and three directors at large, elected by the residents they serve.

Board Meetings
Open meetings, held quarterly
Board of Director meetings are typically held quarterly and are open to residents. The meeting agenda is customarily available to the community the week before the meeting.
- Members may address the Board on an agenda topic at the beginning of each meeting
- Board members are elected by residents at the annual meeting, held the first Saturday in May
- Positions are elected on a rotating basis to provide continuity from year to year
