Annual dues are $500, billed each year on March 1 and due April 1. Pay online, by mail, or by phone - or split your dues into three advance installments.

One annual payment keeps your membership current. Here is how the schedule works each year.
January - March
Installments open
Prefer smaller payments? Pay your dues in three advance installments, one each in January, February, and March.
March 1
Dues are billed
Invoices for the $500 annual dues are sent to every member on March 1.
April 1
Payment is due
Annual dues are due in full on April 1 unless you paid ahead by installments.
After May 1
Late fee applies
A late fee applies to dues paid after May 1. Questions about your account? Email the Treasurer.

Ways to pay
We accept checks, cash, cashier checks, debit and credit cards, and e-checks. Choose whichever way is easiest for you.

Make checks and money orders payable to Eastdale Property Owners Association, and be sure to include your property address and/or lot number in the memo line.

Recurring payments
Recurring payments can be set up as agreed upon when arrangements are made with the Treasurer. Your information is kept confidential.

Payment arrangements
Split it into three
You may split your dues into three installments paid in advance of the due date, one each in January, February, and March.
